'flunk' season 3 begins principal photography

Production underway on FLUNK SEASON 3 in Victoria.

Production has commenced on the third season of teen drama FLUNK, shooting in Melbourne Victoria. The 8 episode series is the latest project from Lilydale Films, having recently wrapped on feature films The Exchange and The Sleepover.

This season sees newcomer Madison Dell’Aquila join the ensemble cast including, Caylen Forbes (Romper Stomper), Madelyn Sheahan (Tomorrow When The War Began) and Georgia Crisfield-Smith (Ms Fisher’s Modern Murder Mysteries, Emo The Musical).

Flunk explores contemporary coming-of-age issues, as a group of queer students navigate the intricacies of high school relationships.

Writer Ric Forster (Disney’s Lifespam) is joined by new writers Mekelle Mills (Zoe Misplaced), Phoebe Williams and Script Consultant Kevin Roberts (Heartbreak High).

The cast is rounded out with supporting roles from Lin Yin, Dominik Shields (Playing for Keeps) and Uisce Goriss-Dazeley (Winners and Losers).
